As Vice President, Client Services at Scooter Media, Lauren oversees key client relationships while leading team growth, agency innovation, and supporting business development initiatives. Her responsibilities include championing professional development within the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance agency culture, and contributing to the agency’s long-term strategic direction.

With more than 14 years of experience in public relations, Vogel joined Scooter Media after working as a senior strategist at a global B2B agency, where she managed communications for clients in the food, technology, and professional services industries. At Scooter Media, she has led accounts across a range of sectors, including nonprofit, foodservice, commercial real estate, tourism and retail. She has earned accolades such as Public Relations Professional of the Year from the Cincinnati chapter of the Public Relations Society of America and the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce’s Next Generation Leader Award. A graduate of the GP Elevate executive leadership development program and the Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce’s Cincy LEADS program, Vogel also holds an Accreditation in Public Relations (APR), reflecting her dedication to ethical standards and strategic excellence.

Beyond her professional achievements, Vogel is actively involved in the community, serving on the board of Welcome House, an organization that addresses homelessness and housing instability. She also serves as a professional advisor and mentor to students in the University of Cincinnati chapter of the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA).

She resides in Covington (#LoveTheCov) with her sweet chihuahua Pomeranian mutt, Zoey. Outside of the office, you can find her working out or cooking, enjoying some sort of movie/series/book in the horror or true crime genre, attending a concert, or spending time with friends and family.
