As a media relations specialist, Katie helps give local organizations and businesses a voice in sharing their stories and the things they do to make the greater Cincinnati area a better place. She’s excited to help shine a light on the different businesses and organizations in the region.

Helping give people a platform is what Katie is all about. She graduated with a degree in journalism from West Virginia University (go Mountaineers), and began her career as a multimedia journalist in the TV News industry. During her time in TV News, Katie has been able to tell stories out of southern West Virginia, Evansville, Indiana, and northern Kentucky. She’s been able to spotlight issues in communities, report on historical events such as the COVID-19 pandemic, and feature people on a mission to make the world a better place.

Katie has created a home for herself and her cat Binx in Newport. She’s a lover of all things fall and pumpkin spice. Outside of her work schedule, Katie can be found enjoying any sunny day and loves walking/jogging around Newport and Cincinnati’s riverfront, curled up with a good mystery/thriller book or streaming a good tv show/movie. She’ll also cheer on the Bengals or Mountaineers during football season.
