One of the best aspects of social media is that there is truly a platform out there for everyone. Perhaps you’re a creative who is more partial to Pinterest, or you’re a vlogger who can’t get enough YouTube. No matter what your interests are, chances are that at least one social media platform has you covered.
With that — and Social Media Day (Wednesday, June 30) — in mind, we thought it would be fun to take a look at our own team members and figure out which social media platform fits each personality best.
Here’s what we found:
Shannan Boyer, LinkedIn
Arguably one of Northern Kentucky’s most recognized residents/small business owners, it’s impossible to walk into any local coffee shop, let alone luncheon setting, without ten people saying hello to her. From Hearty leaderboards to community volunteering, Shannan makes networking look easy.
Krystan Krailler, Facebook
The personification of Facebook’s Business Suite, Krystan is dedicated to keeping the many plates of client success spinning — and she’s always keeping our team on its toes with new ideas and innovations, just like Facebook.
Jamie Glavic, Instagram
Where’s Jamie? She’s the first to visit new hot spots around town and always posts drool-worthy pics of food/bev (let’s be real, it’s mostly cocktails) along the way.
Lauren Vogel, Snapchat
Witty AND hilarious, Lauren is the queen of one-liners that land so fast (and sometimes hit so hard) they disappear as quickly as your last snap!
Zach Stipe, WhatsApp
Zach is a huge fan of the throwback Budweiser commercials and loves to say, “WAZZUP.”
Drew Boehmker, Tumblr
The OG of microblogging, Tumblr has since become a scrapbook filled with nuggets of pop culture and niche memes — and we’re pretty sure the same can be said for Drew’s brain!
Lauren Hall, YouTube
Just like YouTube, our team can count on Lauren for a wide variety of things — whether it’s learning something new, or just providing a few laughs to get us through the day. Plus — did you know Lauren is a video-editing Einstein?!
Gina Genco, Clubhouse
We’re talking about a gal that’s heard it all (get it?). Gina is tuned in to the latest PR trends with this “invite-only” platform. If they had a members-only jacket, she’d rock it.
Tabari McCoy, MySpace
Tabari is a man of many artistic talents and interests. While his writing (and jokes) have landed him in everyone’s Top 8, we wouldn’t be surprised if any of his freestyle raps were someone’s profile song.
Kelly Holtgrefe, TikTok
When she’s not drafting content for clients, Kelly is learning the latest viral dance and trying to capture unsuspecting Scooter colleagues on video for our social media archive.
Lindsey Vanderkolk, Pinterest
Graphic designer, party planner and office staging pro > Lindsey’s desktop is a digital vision board.
Nicole Cumming, Twitter
As office manager, Nicole often has to turn requests around faster than 280 characters.
